Carmody and Sun was founded by Hayley Carmody, and is located in San Diego, CA. Since graduating from the University of California, Santa Cruz where she studied plant biology, Hayley has worked with plants in a variety of capacities. She began her career as naturalist, spent time working in plant propagation, and most recently worked as a horticulturist at Filoli Gardens in Woodside, CA, a historically preserved estate renowned worldwide for its formal public garden. Through these unique experiences, Hayley has expanded her knowledge of plant life in many different forms, and fostered a love for gardening. As a horticulturist, Hayley is able to understand the essence of a garden’s optimal design, and will provide training for plants allowing your outdoor space to shine.
